Shipping Timeline
* Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within approximately 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
* International Orders: Delivered within approximately 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
For made-to-order or customised pieces, delivery timelines may vary. Our customer care team can assist you with updated order status and shipping information upon request.
Please note that while we strive to ensure timely deliveries, ROQA shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, national holidays, natural calamities, political unrest, war situations, courier disruptions, or any other force majeure events.
