Shipping Timeline  

* Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within approximately 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch.  
* International Orders: Delivered within approximately 15–20 working days from the date of dispatch.  

For made-to-order or customised pieces, delivery timelines may vary. Our customer care team can assist you with updated order status and shipping information upon request.  

All orders are shipped through third-party courier and logistics partners. While ROQA makes every effort to ensure that orders are dispatched within the committed timelines, the actual transit and delivery of the shipment are managed by the respective courier partner.

ROQA shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, misrouting, failed delivery attempt, or disruption caused by the third-party courier service after the order has been dispatched. This includes, but is not limited to, delays arising from courier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, national holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other events beyond ROQA’s reasonable control.

Any delay caused by the courier or logistics partner shall therefore not be considered a failure or default on the part of ROQA. Our customer care team will, however, remain available to assist with tracking and coordinate with the courier partner wherever possible.

Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

1. Complete payment is not received
2. Incorrect/inaccurate address details
3. Measurements
4. No response from the customer

Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders.  

International Shipping

International orders are subject to shipping charges based on:

* Product size and weight  
* Applicable shipping policies and carrier rates  

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated by our customer care team prior to dispatch. Please note that shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice.  

Taxes & Duties

For Customers in India
 
All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.  

For International Customers  

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that product prices displayed on the website are exclusive of import duties, customs charges, and local taxes applicable in the destination country.  

As the recipient, you will be responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies required by your country’s regulations at the time of delivery. These charges must be cleared to release your order from customs.
